Returns & Cancellations Policy

We do not offer refunds unless there’s a quality issue. This helps us keep costs low for everyone. If there’s a print error or defect, we’ll replace it or refund it. Please send clear photos to  contact@support.jekodic.shop. We do not accept returns for general or sizing issues.

Cancellations:

  • Orders: Cancel or amend before production via the link in your confirmation email. After production, replacements may be offered for quality issues.
  • Donations & Tips: Non-refundable.
  • Memberships: Can be canceled anytime, no refund for the current period.

Damaged/Quality Issues:
Send a photo of the issue to contact@support.jekodic.shop with your order number for resolution.

Refunds:

  • Orders: Non-refundable unless there’s a quality issue.
  • PayPal: Refunds within 24 hours.
  • Credit Cards: Refunds within 7-10 business days.

International Orders:
Customs duties and taxes may apply, and you’re responsible for those fees.

Payment Methods:
We accept credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and more.
